The New Year Has Arrived!
January is not only the start of the new year, but also the start of the second semester. These next few months will be a very busy time for students and teachers. State testing begins in February for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students. We need your help so they will do their very best! Please have your kids here, on time, every day! Hear more about testing, goal setting and your child's progress at PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES on January 10-13. We will dismiss at 1:30 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Plan now to be there!
This is also prime time for colds and flu. Watch our crazy Kansas weather and make sure your child(ren) dress appropriately. If weather becomes extreme, the school district will post school closing information on the district's webpage. (Not to mention on radio and TV channels!)
We hope to see you soon!
