Hello! My name is Heidi Cornett and this is my third year as the librarian

at Dodge Literacy Magnet. I decided to be a school librarian because I

love teaching students of all ages and I love children’s books! I have been

married to Wayne for 23 years and have three wonderful children,

Mandy, Megan, and Ethan. We also have a four year-old Lhasa Apso dog

named Ruckus and a two year-old parakeet named Apollo. For fun I enjoy

going on picnics and visiting the zoo and museums with my family. I also

love books, suspense & romantic comedy movies, and listening to “oldies”

& contemporary Christian music.
