Spring Conferences – April 15^th, 16^th, 17th, 18^th

It has been a great year so far, and we are almost ready to begin our last nine weeks. Conferences will be here before we know it. I am providing you with several forms that you may find helpful. When scheduling conferences, please do not start immediately after school - remember that you need time to get all of your students dismissed before you can begin conferences.

Schedule for Conferences:

Tuesday, April 15^th – School dismissed at 4:10 p.m. (regular time); Conferences 4:30-7:30 p.m.

Wednesday, April 16^th – School dismissed at 1:30 p.m.; Conferences 2:00-4:30 p.m.

Thursday, April 17^th – School dismissed at 1:30 p.m.; Conferences 2:00 -7:30 p.m.

Friday, April 18^th – School dismissed at 1:30 p.m.; Conferences 2:00-4:30 p.m.

	I would recommend that you use the same “schedule” that you used in the fall since siblings are on the schedule. Our wonderful Misti kept a copy of these schedules if you can’t find yours.
	Please send the scheduled conference time information out by Monday, March 24^th.
	We are asking parents to return them by Friday, March 28th
	Please send reminder notes by Friday, April 11^th, and the day before conferences.
	Please give a copy of your schedule to the office by Friday, April 11^th in case parents call to confirm or cancel a time.
	If parents don’t come for conferences, please call them immediately. Please make every attempt to get parents here.
	When you are all done, you will be asked to report the number that attended. Our goal is 100%!
	We will plan to have food in the library on late nights – stop by when you get a break or build a break into your conference schedule.
